Since its inception in 2003, Training has been one of the core services that Eminence has been providing with utmost sincerity and professionalism. Eminence does both organizational and professional development courses and provides various tailor-made, demand-based training services for a range of clients. Eminence over years has specialized in delivering several on-job and off-job training programs for various individual client groups.

Eminence has so far conducted training on Occupational Health, Adolescent Health, and Communication Skill Development for the staff of Save the Children (USA). The recent training project implemented by Eminence is Online Training Program for the Front Line Health Service providers in Bangladesh by which eminence has proved its capacity to provide training to almost 1500 physicians in Bangladesh during COVID 19 pandemic.

After years’ experience, Eminence has opened a separate training wing named Eminence Professional Development Academy ( EPDA).
