EPDA believes in the intervention of diversification and dynamism in the field of education in Bangladesh. The aim of EPDA is to create an environment where all students could learn and achieve academic success. By consciously embracing diversity, students can develop curiosity, self-awareness, listening skills, and respect. When working and learning with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures present in the classroom, students gain a more comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. It also teaches students how to use their own strengths and points of view to contribute to a diverse working environment. The uniqueness of the EPDA lies in the management of a training hub where it offers plenty of subjects for students from different backgrounds and its capacity to involve faculties from all over the world.
Dr. Sabrina Sayeed

Dr. Sabrina Sayeed is working as a Senior Training Officer at Eminence acting as a co-principal investigator in a study of Bangladesh medical and research council. Previously she was employed as a Dental Surgeon at Dr. Mostak’s Excellence Dental Care and Implant Center. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Dhaka Dental College. Currently, she is enrolled in North South University for her Master of Public Health course. Dr. Sabrina has been engaged with comprehensive research activities for perception survey, baseline, monitoring, evaluation, strategic planning studies, as well as multiple advocacy and production of many training and course materials since the start of work. She has won the ‘Best Performer Award-2020’ at Eminence for her tremendous hard work and contribution to the organization.
Dr. Sahar Raza

Dr. Sahar Raza is working as a Senior Business Development Officer, leading the Business Development Team at Eminence. She has completed her MBBS followed by MPH (Masters in Public Health). Her areas of interest are primarily Health and Research and everything that falls under these. Dr. Sahar has been engaged with preparation of Research proposals and other comprehensive research activities. She is a highly-motivated and passionate about improving health and wellbeing within vulnerable and hard-to-reach communities in developing countries through preventive measures and treatment of diseases.
Dr. Shahin Akter

Dr. Shahin Akter is a Public health and child health specialist with a quantitative background. She has over 20 years of experience in research, training, advocacy, and program implementation focusing mostly on public health, maternal health, child health, child development, non-communicable diseases, nutrition, urban health, and HIV/AIDS. Currently, she is working as a Technical Director at Eminence Associates for Social Development, of which she previously served as a Coordinator. She holds an MBBS degree from Dhaka University, a General Diploma in Demography from The Demographic Centre, Cairo, and an MSc in Demography and Health from University of London, UK. She is a member of Bangladesh SUN Civil Society Network for Promoting Nutrition (BCSNPN), International Epidemiological Association (IEA), American Society of Nutrition (ASN). She has been involved with many research, training, advocacy, module, and BCC materials development since the starting of her career.
Kazi Fayzus Salahin

Kazi Fayzus Salahin is working as a Senior Data Analyst at Eminence. Besides this position, he is also acting as a Project Implementation Officer, where he has been engaged in several research projects with Asian Development Bank (ADB), Global Research Innovations Team (GRIT), Washington D.C. USA, Spire Research and Consulting, and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Dhaka, Bangladesh. Mr. Salahin is a graduate and post-graduate of Statistics from University of Rajshahi. Moreover, he obtained an MBA degree from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology. His interests areas include data analysis, data management, team building, public health, research, education policy, nutrition, urban health, etc. Mr. Salahin is the co-author of several publications.

Soumikh Ahmed is working as a Communication Management Officer at Eminence Associates for Social Development. He has completed his Graduation and Post-graduation from the Department of Philosophy at Jagannath University. His sphere of works includes communication management, social media management, typing, transcription and translation, critical and creative writing, report writing and publishing, poster and flyer making, etc.
