EPDA organizes webinars on “Policy Dialogue on Health Education and Training”. The webinar aims to improve the status of medical education, service delivery, and management towards patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. The initial plan of the program is to engage respected principals of public and private medical colleges, leaders of medical professional’s associations, policymakers, and different government officials from Ministry of Health & Family Welfare to the webinars as stakeholders. The uniqueness of the program is the engagement of undergraduate and post graduate medical students and provided them a platform to state their challenges and recommendations for the improvement of the medical education system. We also involve COVID 19 survivors as beneficiaries to learn about their expectations from the service delivery of our health system.
So far EPDA has conducted nine (09) webinars where the pioneers of Bangladesh health service like Prof. Dr. Khan Abul Kalam Azad, Prof Dr. Kazi Jahangir Hossain, Prof Dr. ABM Muksudul Alam and many of our respected professors and principals of different medical colleges were present and provide us with their valuable recommendations.
